What is Bold City Distributors and how long has the company been in business?

We started as sellers on the Amazon marketplace in 2013 using brick and mortar retailers as our fulfillment system.

Through the years we have invested heavily into our technology in order to first get better relationships established with brands. Through our technology we have a one of a kind process to identify hot selling products in just about any niche you can imagine.

Beyond the technology, our team has over 100 years of combined experience and are experts at the policies and how to maintain healthy account metrics on the platform. At this point there really isn’t much of anything we haven’t seen on Amazon and/or other marketplaces and know we will make an excellent distribution partner.

What are the requirements to create an account with BoldCityDistributors.com?

BoldCityDistributors.com is an online B2B distribution and fulfillment center, therefore we sell to established business accounts only. A paid membership for E-Com Solutions software is a prerequisite to gain access to our B2B portal.

We will require a copy of a TAX ID or Resale Certificate for all US-based customers and a copy of your company’s Business Registration for International customers. 

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is established by the manufacturer and is disclosed in the portal. The most common MOQ is full case quantities. 

If an order is placed for less than MOQ we will adjust the Sales Order and send a copy to the email address used in setting up your account. 

How do I place orders?

Once we have received all necessary paperwork, we will send an invitation to you via our B2B portal. All orders are placed online unless placed thru one of our Inside Sales personnel. 

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are generally placed with our Supplier within 24 hours of receipt of your Sales Order. All orders are placed in the order received. Please note that not all suppliers will honor a backorder. If an item is not in stock at the time the order is placed, we will adjust your Sales Order to reflect and send the revised Sales Order to you via email. If backorders are allowed, we will keep the order open, however if the product does not come back in stock after 30 days the Order will be canceled, and you will need to place a new order if you are still interested in the product.

Fulfillment by Amazon:

We create the shipping plan through your Seller Central account when we receive the products from our suppliers. Before working on the shipment, we have someone verify what is on the shipping plan. If there are any discrepancies for any reason, we adjust the total amount before authorizing the shipment. After everything is prepped and labeled, we do a final count of the items to make sure that all products are accounted for. 

Once products leave our facility, the products will be received at the Amazon fulfillment center. Amazon will notify you regarding any issues with the shipment. The link below provides information about claims with amazon.

What are your methods of payments?

All orders are Due Upon Receipt. You are not billed until the products are shipped to our warehouse. BoldCityDistributors.com accepts the following prepaid method of payments:

  • All Major Credit Cards
  • PayPal
  • WIRE/ACH
